"My food is rooted in memory, art and the belief that a meal can become more than just food on a plate. It can become the atmosphere. It can become a story. It can become a reason for people to communicate. I love being able to cook for and interact directly with the person eating and meeting so many new friends in the process.

As a chef and creative, I approach food the same way I approach my visual art, music and design: by taking familiar pieces and arranging them into something that feels personal, intentional, and alive. My style is built around comfort food with depth. Food that feels recognizable, but carries its own point of view. Bold layered flavors that all become part of a larger experience."
